By booking, you are agreeing to the following policies. Please read carefully to ensure a smooth experience.MUST BE 18+ TO BOOK!
• CASH ONLY for all services. No other forms of payment will be accepted.
• A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This will be applied to your total service cost.
• If you need to reschedule, your deposit will be credited to your new appointment.
• A separate, non-refundable deposit is required for bundles or wigs—no exceptions.
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• No-shows or repeated last-minute cancellations may result in being blocked from booking future appointments.
• 5–7 minutes late: Acceptable.
• 10 minutes late: Acceptable with communication.
• 15 minutes late: A $15 late fee will be added.
• ANYTHING AFTER 15 minutes : Appointment will be canceled and deposit forfeited.
• No need to bring supplies (caps, glue, etc.). Everything is provided.
• You do not need to drop off hair before your appointment.
• Wigs must be washed and blow-dried. If not, I can do it for an additional $10.
• No wigs with holes in the lace unless we’ve discussed and confirmed it’s acceptable.
• Please detangle wigs beforehand—it’s not required but highly recommended to save time.
• Pre-braided hair is fine.
• No extra guests allowed.
• If you absolutely need to bring your baby, please contact me in advance.
• If you’d like to change your service, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance.
• Last-minute changes may not be accommodated and could affect your appointment time.
• If you have a specific look in mind, feel free to bring or send photo references before your appointment.
• Extra Styling for 32”+ Hair
Longer hair is beautiful, but it does require a bit more time and attention. For hair 32 inches and longer, there is a small additional fee of $10 for curling or crimping. These styles take more time to complete, and long hair doesn’t always hold curls as well—so I want to make sure you’re aware and fully satisfied with your final look.
• All tools and surfaces are properly sanitized between each client.
• If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment.
• All sales are final.
• Please speak up if you’re unhappy before leaving your appointment. Your satisfaction is important to me, and I will do my best to make sure you love your hair!
Need a last-minute appointment that’s not showing as available? I offer Squeeze-In Appointments for those who need to get in outside of my normal booking availability.
Here’s how it works:
• Squeeze-in appointments are offered at my discretion and based on availability.
• A non-refundable Squeeze-In Fee of $10 will be added to your service total.
• These appointments may be scheduled before or after normal hours or filled in between existing appointments.
• No-call/no-shows or same-day cancellations for squeeze-ins will result in forfeiture of the fee and deposit.

I don’t rush my work. Each install is done with care to ensure everything is laid, styled, and picture-ready. Because of this, I ask that you avoid scheduling anything right after your appointment. I value your time, and I ask for the same in return so I can give you the best possible results without being rushed.
