Custom Items
• All fully customized or made-to-order items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
• This includes personalized products tailored to individual specifications.

Non-Custom Items
• Returns for non-customized items are permitted under the following conditions:
• Restocking Fee: All returned items are subject to a 35% restocking fee to account for order specifications.
• Condition: The item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned within 5 business days of delivery.
• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was on our end.
2. Return Process
If your order qualifies for a return and you agree to the above conditions, please follow these steps:
1. Contact Customer Support – Notify us within 5 business days of delivery to request a return. Please include your order details.
2. Receive Return Instructions – Our team will provide you with the return address and shipping instructions.
3. Securely Package the Item – The item must be returned in its original packagingwith all included accessories.
4. Use a Trackable Shipping Method – Customers must provide tracking details for the returned package.
3. Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund as follows:
• If the item meets the eligibility criteria, a refund will be issued minus the 35% restocking fee and shipping costs from your original purchase.
• Refunds are processed within 1 business day after the return is received.
Exchanges
• We do NOT offer exchanges under any circumstances.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
We only accept returns for defective or damaged items. Please carefully inspect your order upon arrival and report any issues within 5 business days of delivery.
To process a return for a defective item, customers must:
• Contact us immediately with a detailed description of the issue.
• Provide clear images of the damaged or incorrect item(s).
• Wait for further instructions from our support team.
5. Order Cancellations
Cancellation Window
• Cancellations are only accepted within 48 hours of purchase and must include a reason for cancellation.
• Approved cancellations will be refunded via the original payment method, minus transaction fees.
• Refund processing time may vary, typically between 1-5 business days, depending on your financial institution.
Late Cancellations
• If a cancellation request is made after the 48-hour window, a 35% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
• This fee covers the time and resources allocated to processing your order.
